Does the letter mean the discount is active?⌄
No. It only shows the discount program exists, for your board’s reference. We apply the actual discount manually after confirming with your church.
Which plans qualify?⌄
Standard, Premium, and Prestige monthly subscriptions. It does not stack with other discounts (beta, promotions) — whichever is larger applies.
How is the member count counted?⌄
The number of people who will subscribe together under your church or affiliated group, including the senior pastor if they subscribe.
