Requesting a long passage
One request covers one chapter, regardless of verse count (all plans); a passage spanning two chapters uses two requests. Passages of 41+ verses are produced with the same structure as a regular report for the plan (every plan section and every chosen option included); because the text is long, the verse commentary is grouped into 4–8 pericopes and the interlinear covers up to 8 selected key verses.

The server delivers a report only after verifying the signed-in owner or operator role.
- Retention and deletion
On withdrawal, identifiers, uploaded sermons, and profiles are removed immediately; reports and usage records are deleted after six months. Payment, dispute, and audit records are retained only for their legal periods.
- AI processing and refusal
Anthropic and OpenAI may process request information and generated material for generation, audit, and revision. We do not send email addresses, phone numbers, or card data, and Didymus Lab does not provide report content for model training. You may decline by not submitting the request; only that report will not be generated.

Frequently asked questions
What happens when I request a whole long chapter?
A passage of 41 verses or more is produced with the same structure as your tier’s regular report — every plan section and every option you choose (reception history, scholarly discussion, related passages, maps, sacred art, small-group guide, hymns, ancient-source deep dives, illustrations) is included. Because the text is long, the verse commentary follows the chapter through 4–8 pericopes and the interlinear gives full original-language analysis to up to 8 selected key verses. A note asking for separate analysis of every verse does not override the pericope format.
Can I get a report without subscribing?
Yes. You can buy a single report at Standard $19 / Premium $29 / Platinum $49. New sign-ups get one full Standard report free, and members without an active subscription also get one free Core Edition report every month (it doesn't roll over if unused). A REF referral gives both people one additional Core Edition report.
What about months with a fifth Sunday?
You get one extra report. If your billing cycle — from your billing date to the day before the next one — contains five Sundays, that cycle’s request limit automatically rises by one, to 5. It applies to every tier at no extra cost and needs no request. The count follows your own billing cycle rather than the calendar month, and your dashboard shows the limit for the current cycle. The extra request doesn’t roll over.
Which tier includes passage recommendation mode?
Passage recommendation mode — where, instead of naming a passage, you describe the message you want to bring and we suggest two fitting passages and prepare a report for each — is available on Premium and above. Standard, guests, free-tier members, and newly registered members can’t use it; on Premium or higher it’s available right on the new-request screen.
What is a doctrine sermon report, and which tier can use it?
Instead of naming a Bible passage, you pick a confessional item — say the Apostles’ Creed or a question from the Westminster Shorter Catechism — and we build a report covering its biblical basis (the proof texts the confession cites), how theologians have read it through history, and modern scholarly discussion. It’s available on every tier with no separate charge — just check “Doctrine sermon” under “Other request types” on the new-request screen.
What are the free follow-up research volumes?
Follow-up research takes questions that came up while you studied the report — up to 3 topics — and returns a separate deep-dive volume. Every plan includes free volumes each month: Standard 1, Premium 2, Prestige 3 — free volumes don’t touch your monthly requests. Unused free volumes don’t roll over, and once they’re used you can keep requesting follow-ups with your regular monthly requests.
My sermon slot is short — the full report is more than I need.
Request the essentials edition. Built for early-morning prayer meetings and midweek services, it carries only what you need to prepare — original-language analysis, historical background, interpretive directions, verse-by-verse commentary, and hymn suggestions — at about half the usual length (11–16 pages). Reception history, scholarly discussion, related passages, maps, the small-group guide, and the sermon form guide are left out. Pick “Send the essentials edition” on the request form; it’s available on every tier and for every service type. Like the full edition, it uses one report request.
What’s the illustrations-only edition?
For when your sermon is already prepared and you just need illustrations — a separate report made entirely of illustrations for your passage (Premium and above). It skips the research sections (original-language, background, commentary) and gives you a cover, a one-page anchor with the passage’s core message, and a curated collection of illustrations — up to 10 on Premium, up to 15 on Prestige — each with a bridge to the text and an application point (about 0.8 page each, 8–16 pages total). Pick “Illustrations-only edition” on the request form; like the full edition, it uses one report request.
What’s a weekend/holiday request pass?
We normally generate reports on Korean business days. This pass gives one request 24-hour processing on Saturdays, Sundays, and Korean public holidays (including substitute and temporary holidays). Without it, the request starts after midnight on the next business day. It doesn’t roll over.
Is there a long-term discount?
Yes, one: prepay 12 months at once by bank transfer and save 20%. There is no other loyalty or duration-based discount. The regular monthly subscription is billed one month at a time with no commitment, and you can cancel anytime with no penalty; an annual prepay cancelled early keeps the elapsed months and refunds the remaining months' share less a 10% penalty, per our refund policy.
Service provision period
Monthly subscription — access starts when payment is confirmed and lasts one month. Card subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled. Bank-transfer subscriptions require a new payment to renew. Single purchase — usable once granted and consumed when you submit one request (no expiry).
