Starting September 1, 2026 (KST), weekend request passes will be renamed weekend/holiday request passes and will also cover Korean statutory public holidays, including substitute and temporary holidays.
On a weekend or Korean public holiday, use one pass for delivery within 24 hours. If you do not use a pass, your request stays safely queued and processing starts after midnight on the first business day after the holiday period.
Requests submitted through August 31 follow the current policy.Today’s holiday requests (August 17) will be accepted and processed as usual.
